The Collierville High School men's lacrosse program announced that Chuck Smith would be named as the new head coach to lead the Dragons. Smith comes to Collierville from Houston High School where he served as Defensive Coordinator for the past nine seasons. He helped lead the Mustangs to a State Championship in 2018 and a runner-up finish a year ago.
Smith began his coaching career at Davis High School in Kaynesville, Utah. In each of his four years at Davis the Dartmen reached the state playoffs.
Collierville will open the 2022 Lax season on February 19th at Farragut High School. Face-off is scheduled for 2pm in Knoxville.
