The cold of December did nothing to cool down the Collierville women's basketball team's hot start.

The Lady Dragons picked up another win Thursday (Dec. 2) inside My Town Movers Fieldhouse. Collierville defeated Kirby 78-34. In the first quarter, Marissa Henderson got the Lady Dragons offense going and incredible defense from Kristyna Boyd - with 3 steals. In the second quarter, Paige Whitted heated up from behind the arc. In the third quarter, the Lady Dragons offense/defense blend showed by going on a 23-9 run. In the fourth quarter, the defense continued only allowing 6 points. With the win, Collierville moves to 5-0 on the season.
